JJ Grey delivers a solo acoustic set of his unique adaptation of southern country swamp rock to open the Lenny Kravitz “Let Love Rule” tour stop in Atlanta.
The northern florida native was a surprise addition to the bill who brought a unique acoustical set of his self proclaimed “ghetto country” style which uniquely blends country, funk, folk, and rock influences coupled with realistic and off the cuff songwriting.
Shooting was grand with a barren stage, fixed and plentiful lighting of blue and white backlights and fixed white spots in the front. Standard 3 songs and out, though the shots where captured in one to avoid redundancy.
