Atlanta’s Favorite party band raises the bartab at Wild Bills and delivers a fun multi-hour set of 80′s-ish classics.

Cover bands get a bad rap and I myself am not overly amused when a tribute band is playing at the local bar while the real band is playing at the local arena. Party bands however create a lively and entertaining atmosphere where most of the songs are dance and singalongs of crowd favorites. Interestingly, these musicians are some of the hardest working in the business playing upwards of 200 shows a year on the club and college touring circuit. Bearing names including Dozer, Bake, Dr. Tongue, Jimmy B, and Sir Funk – its really “Nothing But a Good Time”
.

Shooting was a quick one song before heading out for the night. Nicely balanced front and backlighting for the D700 and 24-70 2.8.
