Atlanta’s favorite 80′s party band Moby Dick kicks off a night of rock n’ roll in Atlanta’s premier suburban rock club 37 Main.
Bake, Dr. Tongue, Dozer, Jimmi B, and skins always deliver an fun and engaging show providing the perfect opening to a fun filled evening of 80′s, 80′s conceived, and 80′s covered Rock N Roll.

Shooting in the venue requires packing it in with the crowd and shooting unto a stage roughly 16′ X 16′ challenging artist isolation and shooting angles. Lighting fell from 4000 to 6400 ISO with images captured on a single Nikon D700 body switching out the Nikon 24-70 2.8 and Nikon 14-24 2.8.

Hi Allen,
Just dropped by to say, man I love what you do!!! Could literally spend hours going through all your images.
Clearly all is going well and I was just wondering if you’d thought more about planning some kind of workshop for Concert Photography?
Really enjoyed meeting you at Zack’s OneLight Mixer back in November,
All the best to you and keep it comin’

Hi Glyn -
Thank you much for taking the time to comment. It was a pleasure to meet you as well. Hope life and photography are both treating you well in England – and beyond! Your work is looking fantastic! I made it into the workshop in January – it was certainly an amazing day! I am continuing work on the workshop so stay tuned. Perhaps I could come to the UK! ;-). Love it there.
