Continuing a night of 80′s rock in an exceptional suburban rock club – The Nigel Dupree band deliver and energetic set of original material heavily influenced by classic rock and infused with a swagger all their own.
Led by frontman/guitarist Nigel Dupree (offspring of Jackyl’s Jesse James Dupree) and backed by the thundering rhythm section of Josh Hilton (bass) and Adam Townsend (drums) – the Nigel Dupree band perfectly filled the mid set slot of a night of 80′s oriented rock.

Shooting continued to be a challenge with lights falling about a stop darker then the opener at 6400ISO to Hi .3 on the Nikon D700. Unobstructed shooting became increasingly challenging as the crowd filled in during the set making for rather stationary shooting positions 2-3 minutes at a time.

Allen you have a way of photographing that just brings images to life; I could almost have been at the concerts.
Superb colour, composition, timing…just great stuff.
Thanks for sharing.
All the best to you,
Glyn
ditoo on what Glyn said . Def gifted!
Glyn/Lisa – One of the things I love most about live music photography is you never really know what you are going to get. Reacting on the fly, dealing with various lights and color balances, different environments ever changing… It is one of the greatest photographic challenges and rewards. One of the best compliments ever to make the viewer feel as if they were there. Thank you!

@Glyn – Having read through your blog (www.glyndewis.com) I find many aspirations. I’ll come to Buckinghamshire or you to Stone Mountain. Very well done!
