Warrant

Famed 80′s artists Warrant deliver a set of fan and band favorites with a a solidified lineup and rejuvenated enthusiasm in their live performance.

Formed in 1984 and busting onto the mainstream rock scene in the late 80′s – Warrant earned a cross sectional fan base with hits rooted in straight up rock n’ roll, 80′s Hair Metal, and contemporary Top 40. The core of the band has continued to perform throughout 90′s and 00′s with various lead vocalists including a brief reunion with Janie Lane. In late 2008 the band enlisted former Lynch Mob and Big Cock vocalist Robert Mason. With this addition the bands playing and live performance is at an all time high delivering inspired performances on the American and European festival circuits in addition to headlining shows throughout the US.

Shooting for the set fell between 4000 – 6400 ISO @ F2.8. The venue’s stage room was full for the headliner set so crowd maneuvering required making fast friends and generally staying mobile amongst the groups paying fans in attendance. Shooting with a single Nikon D700, I switched between the 14-24 2.8 and 24-70 2.8 throughout the first half of the set before packing the gear in and enjoying the show.
