London, England based Progressive Rock/Powermetal artists Haken make their US debut at Progpower USA XII opening day 2 of the festival with an impressive display of prog prowess and warm reception from the PPUSA crowd.

Shooting Notes:

Photographing the set proved challenging with the dim lighting, though given its nicely balanced front to back ratio and associated contrast, this was easily managed by the Nikon D700′s paired with the 24-70 2.8 and 70-200 2.8. Exposures fell in the neighborhood of 1/100 F2.8 ISO6400 +/- 1 stop.
