Megadeth @ Mayhem Festival 2011

Performing in the 2nd headlining spot on the Mayhem Festival Main-stage, Grammy nominated thrash maestros Megadeth deliver the top performance of the festival.

Photography Notes:

Shooting for the set was the first three in a crowded pit of 50+ filled with photographers, video crew, and security which significantly limited mobility and requiring more of a move and wait approach to capture. Lighting was a manageable 1/200 F2.8 ISO 3200 +/1 a stop in shutter and ISO while generally being overall flat due to the tours extensive use of LED lighting which received some relief from the house follow spots.
