Oh…and classic rock artist who has sold over 30 million albums in his musical career as a solo artist and with the Amboy Dukes and Damn Yankees. Ted Nugent still does what he does best kicking off a night of classic rock on the 2012 Midwest Rock N’ Roll Express Tour.

Photography Notes:

A quick three from the pit as the artist performed “Wango Tango”, “Just what the Doctor Ordered”, and “Free for All”. The short and shallow pit allowed for minimal movement beyond a very close stage center. Coupled with a extreme stage front placement – limited shooting angles were possible. However, the spectacle that is Ted Nugent and band did not disappoint. Exposures fell about 1/400 F2.8 ISO1250.

Allen Ross Thomas is an Atlanta, Ga based music industry photographer available for concert, promotional, portrait, and editorial coverage for local bands, national tours, multi-day festivals, and international music events.
