Epica @ Progpower USA XIII

Dutch symphonic metal artists Epica headline day one of Progpower USA XIII at The Center Stage Theater in Atlanta, Ga.

Photography Notes:

Epica’s headlining set featured some of the best lighting for the day with limited use of the venue’s new LED side-lighting toys. The LEDs (in all honesty) ruin our cities best house lighting at the Center Stage Theatre. Front to back contrast had some nice moments in the set with exposures falling at a manageable 1/200 F2.8 ISO 5000 +/- about 1 stop. Shooting duties fell to the Nikon D700′s and 24-70 2.8/70-200 2.8 respectively.
